NOSE

Deliciously fruity nose on apples and pears, hint of pineapple and the juice of young branches. Malt sugars and apricot pastries on Sunday mornings. Another hint of lime and some caramel. Very accessible and very pleasant.

 

BODY

Creamy & mouth-filling. Perfect strength, too. A fine continuation of the nose on baked apples and some citrus fruit with a soft spiciness of the oak. Honey!

 

FINISH

Sweet start, then becomes somewhat spicy and eventually slightly drying.
